WELCOME TO
NO MORE DRAMAS PRODUCTIONS
2026 GMF BEST COMEDY AWARD WINNER - BAD HABITS
Founded in 2024 by close friends and officially launched in 2025 (after a brief pause while co-owner Emma Morgan conquered Big Brother), No More Dramas Productions was created to bring high-impact, Fringe theatre to life—minus the backstage drama. Backed by over 50 years of combined experience, we uplift emerging talent, welcome returning performers back to the stage, and build an authentic, creative community.
Our hit debut BAD HABITS proved an instant success, earning 4 Stars (North West End), a Top 5 Audience Choice finish, multiple award nominations—including Best Performance for Dale Vicker, a New Writing shortlisting for Stu Meevens—and taking home WINNER of Best Comedy at the 2026 Greater Manchester Fringe Awards.

THE TEAM

DALE VICKER
CO-OWNER - LEAD DIRECTOR & TALENT DEVELOPER
Company co-owner with nearly 20 years of creative experience, Dale capped off his on-stage career with a GMF Award-nominated performance as Sister Patty O'Doors in BAD HABITS, while co-directing the show to its Best Comedy win. Now stepping off the stage, Dale is pivoting his key focus to directing and actor development. Armed with flawless comedic instincts and a passion for nurturing talent, he now leads NMD’s future lineup as lead director & talent developer.

STU MEEVENS
CO-OWNER - WRITER IN RESIDENCE & TALENT
With over three decades of theatrical passion driving his work, Stu is a core creative force behind No More Dramas Productions. As company co-owner and in-house playwright, he brought the smash-hit debut BAD HABITS from initial 7 AM coffee ideas to the stage—earning a shortlisting for the Write For Stage New Writing Award at the 2026 Greater Manchester Fringe—while also appearing on stage as Sister Misty Kuuntz. Blending sharp comedic timing with authentic heart, Stu works closely alongside his co-owners and cast, shaping original, award-winning scripts through a truly collaborative process.

EMMA MORGAN
CO-OWNER - PRODUCER & TALENT
Company co-owner, powerhouse performer, and resident Big Brother icon, Emma brings irrepressible charm, wit, and vibrant stage presence to No More Dramas Productions. A key founding voice and essential pillar of the team, she championed NMD’s core vision from day one. Driving operations as a producer while commanding the stage as lead talent, Emma works collaboratively across production, creative development, and performance to keep the heart, humour, and high energy of NMD beating strong.
WILL MEEVENS
CO-OWNER - TECHNICAL/PRODUCTION LEAD
Bringing over 15 years of professional theatre experience to No More Dramas Productions, Will is the steady hand and vital anchor of the company. As co-owner and technical lead, he oversees production precision, stage management, and technical execution, ensuring every show looks and feels impeccably put-together from rehearsal room to opening night. Working collaboratively alongside his fellow co-owners, Will provides the essential balance of high production standards and backstage organisation that elevates original scripts into solid, award-winning productions.

ASSOCIATE ARTISTS

No More Dramas Productions recognises that no show is ever truly complete without an extraordinary cast. Our Associate Artists are the talented performers who have helped make this company what it is.
While they aren’t company owners, they are an essential part of our creative family. As Associate Artists, they remain actively involved in our collaborative process, helping shape upcoming projects, develop new ideas, and build the future of NMD.

Premiering as No More Dramas Productions’ debut show in July 2026, BAD HABITS played to a packed house at The Kings Arms, Salford, as part of the Greater Manchester Fringe Festival. Following its festival performance, the production extended into an August transfer (5th–9th August 2026), achieving a complete sell-out across every performance.
Written in-house by Stu Meevens and co-directed by Dale Vicker and Stu Meevens, the show proved an instant hit with critics and audiences alike. BAD HABITS secured a glowing 4-Star review from North West End, alongside award nominations for Best Performance (Dale Vicker as Sister Patty O'Doors) and Best LGBTQ+ Show. The accolades continued with Stu Meevens shortlisted for the Write For Stage New Writing Award, a Top 5 finish for the Audience Choice Award, and taking home the ultimate crown as WINNER of Best Comedy at the 2026 Greater Manchester Fringe Awards.
Following its acclaimed debut, No More Dramas Productions is currently pitching to venues and programmers across the UK to secure dates for the Autumn/Winter 2027 "Nuns on the Run" Tour.

COMING SOON

When three women discover they are all married to the same man, an unexpected bond forms as they—and their families—navigate the fallout of his secret lives. Forced to face the painful truth, they must figure out how to rebuild after living a lie.
A tonal shift from NMD’s debut, YES, WE'RE MRS WATSON is a poignant, contemporary story about grief, identity, and taking control of your future rather than allowing your past to define you.

BAD HABITS 2027 - "NUNS ON THE RUN" UK TOUR

"FROM THE FIRST READ THROUGH WE THOUGHT WE HAD SOMETHING SPECIAL, WE JUST DIDN'T REALISE HOW SPECIAL" - Stu Meevens, Writer and Co-Director
The quote says it all. The overwhelming critical and commercial success of BAD HABITS caught even us by surprise. While every Fringe company dreams of delivering an unforgettable show, we weren't prepared for the wave of phenomenal feedback, award nominations, award win for Best Comedy or the one question asked continuously by audience members throughout the run: "So, you're going to tour this, right?"
We had discussed it and put out a few early feelers to test the waters, but it wasn't until the final curtain came down on our debut run that we knew for sure—BAD HABITS simply MUST go on tour.
However, taking a show on the road isn't something that can be done on 75p and a Freddo. Like so many Fringe Theatre Production Companies, NMD works off of a shoestring budget and any profit made split equally amongst cast and crew.
THIS IS WHERE WE ARE ASKING FOR YOUR HELP.
